Where to find your installation files
The installation files of Mold Simulator and Frame Simulator are in your personal User Panel. There you always find the files of the versions your license is entitled to, including previous versions from version 6 onwards.
From the website
Log in to My Account: there you find the User Panel button. If you are already logged in, the button below takes you straight to your User Panel.
From the program or the email
If the program is installed, open the Help › Open User Panel menu.
If it is not, for example on a new computer, use the link to your User Panel in the activation email you received from Dartwin.
Can’t open your User Panel?
Write to [email protected] from the address you used for your purchase and we will send you the link.
Want the latest version?
The latest version is available if the Updates & Upgrades period of your license is valid. If it has expired or you have a previous version, go to the Software Updates page.
Versions before 6
The installation files of versions before 6 are no longer available for download. To move to the latest version, see the Software Updates page.
Just want to open a project?
To open, print and share projects without a license, use the free viewers Mold Viewer and Frame Viewer.
