General conditions of sale for Software Products V. 1.0 in force from 01/01/2009

These general conditions of sale (the “General Conditions”) govern the methods and conditions of sale of the Software Products (“Products”) marketed by Dartwin of ing. Piero Berlanda (“Dartwin”). All contracts for the sale of Products by Dartwin to third parties (the “Customers”) are governed by these General Conditions, which form an integral and substantial part of each proposal, order and purchase order confirmation of the Products themselves. The conditions of sale applicable to your order are those in force on the date of the order.

The prices shown are in Euros (€) and without VAT. They are reserved for those who purchase through this site in the manner indicated in these General Conditions and according to the instructions sent by e-mail during the order confirmation phase. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any promotions cannot be combined.

Orders must be made exclusively via the Internet following the purchase procedure indicated on the site itself and in the order confirmation e-mail. Access to the service is permanent and continuous, except during maintenance periods, during server update operations and / or in the event of service interruptions on the network.


By submitting his order, the Customer declares to have read and accepted these General Conditions. Unless proven otherwise, the information recorded by DARTWIN constitutes proof of all transactions made by DARTWIN itself and its Customers.

After placing the order, DARTWIN will send a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer containing: a) the instructions and the link to download the software; b) the instructions and the link to obtain the Activation Key.


Advance Bank Transfer. The method of payment for advance bank transfer is subject to the limits indicated from time to time in the purchase procedure that the Customer must follow in order to forward the order. With payment by bank transfer in advance, the execution of the delivery of the Activation Key to the Customer will be suspended until the amount due has been credited to the DARTWIN bank account. The transfer must be made by the Customer within three working days of receiving the e-mail confirming the receipt of the order and the Customer must provide proof of the order of the transfer by sending a copy to DARTWIN via e-mail to the address sales @ dartwin. it within four working days of receiving the e-mail confirming the receipt of the order. The credit transferred to the DARTWIN account must be credited within eight working days of receiving the e-mail confirming the receipt of the order. Once one of the three terms mentioned above has elapsed, the order will be considered automatically canceled and will not be processed. The reason for the bank transfer must include: i) name and surname, reason or company name of the order holder; ii) the order reference number; iii) the date of placing the order. Credit Card / Paypal DARTWIN uses the secure online payment service offered by PayPal. DARTWIN does not process the transaction directly, nor does it keep credit card numbers, in order to offer customers greater transparency and security of the transaction. Detailed information on this payment system can be found on the website and is provided in the order confirmation email.


The delivery of the product is electronic, since the software is downloaded directly from the Dartwin website by clicking on the link indicated in the confirmation email. The product is not delivered directly to the customer neither in the “BOX” version nor on CD-ROM support and, consequently, no shipping costs will be charged.


After making the payment, the Customer can proceed with the installation and activation of the software by following the instructions indicated in the confirmation email. To obtain the Activation Key, the Customer must provide DARTWIN with the lock code detected during the installation. After receiving the payment and obtaining the lock code, DARTWIN will send the customer the activation key of the software via e-mail within five working days. The times for confirming receipt of payment are not fixed and therefore the sending of the e-mail with the activation key may be delayed, with respect to which DARTWIN declines any responsibility from now on.
