Keep your software up to date
With updates you always have the latest version of Mold Simulator and Frame Simulator, with all the new features. From version 9 the software also connects to AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Codex) through the MCP server, which only works while the Updates & Upgrades period is valid.
Is the updates period of your license still valid?
Every new perpetual license includes 12 months of updates. Before they expire you can extend them with the Updates and Upgrades Subscription, with no upgrade cost: annual renewal or a prepaid 24, 36 or 48-month plan, which costs less, also with the Web License.

Period expired or older version?
Choose the Upgrade + Updates product for your version: v8/v9 with expired period, v7, v6, v5, v4 and earlier. The first payment includes the one-off upgrade cost, which brings your license to the latest version; subsequent renewals, unless you cancel the subscription, only charge the subscription.
The version of your license is shown in your User Panel.
What the Updates & Upgrades subscription includes
- the latest version of Mold Simulator and Frame Simulator, with all the new features
- corrections and updates for the whole subscription period
- the MCP server to connect the software to AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Codex)
- email answers to questions on how to use the software
- new activation keys if you change computer or reinstall on different hardware
- if you wish, the Web License: use the software on any computer with username and password
If you do not renew
Without a valid Updates & Upgrades period your license stays valid and the software keeps working, but it remains at the version you own: no more corrections, no more version upgrades and no more email support on how the software works.
In addition, new activation keys can only be generated for licenses whose update period is still valid: if you change computer or reinstall on new hardware, you would not be able to activate the software again. And the upgrade cost grows with every version you skip: upgrading later costs more than staying subscribed.
Frequently asked questions
I have several licenses or a Server license: what should I do?
A subscription is needed for each license or, for Server licenses, for each concurrent user: set the quantity with the selector next to the Subscribe button. For several licenses of the same software and the same version, the upgrade cost of the licenses after the first one is discounted: the discount is applied automatically in the cart, while the subscription is charged in full for each license. For other cases, for example an additional license bought later, write to Dartwin: we will send you a discount code.
Where can I find the version and expiry of my license?
In your User Panel (log in with your website account).
I obtained the perpetual license by redeeming a subscription: when do the 12 months of updates start?
The 12 months of updates are counted from the date of the first subscription.
Do prices include VAT?
No, all prices exclude VAT.
