Mold PRO – Educational Subscription
2D or 3D finite element software for calculation of Thermal Bridges in steady state (ISO 10211 validated) and condensation/mold risk verification according to UNI EN ISO 13788
Mold PRO includes the parametric thermal bridge BRIDGE GENER ATOR that enables the creation of thermal bridges and connection with the EC700 Edilclima software.
An active Internet connection is required for subscription versions.
Subscription conditions for Educational licensed software
The software provided may be used only by the student license holder for educational purposes and never for commercial purposes
Credentials assigned for license activation will be used only by the license holder and may not be disclosed to third parties
Automatic renewal upon expiration
Subscriptions are automatically renewed as follows:
quarterly subscriptions: 2 times (total duration 9 months)
six-month subscriptions: 1 time (total duration 12 months)
The user can cancel the subscription (and thus the renewal) at any time. In such a case, the amount already paid is not refunded and the program will run until the paid due date.
The subscription once cancelled cannot be reactivated.
Each student can activate the Educational license only once.
Possibility of redemption
Amounts paid for subscriptions can be taken as a deduction in case of purchase of the perpetual license during the term of the subscription.

MOLD SIMULATOR PRO
Thermal bridge and condensation calculation
Mold PRO is a finite element (fem) modeler intended for calculating thermal bridges and the risk of surface and interstitial condensation in walls, floors, roofs and other building structures.
Mold PRO has full functionality for calculating the linear PSI transmittance of thermal bridges and for checking condensation/mold according to ISO13788. It has a very simple and comprehensive user interface and offers advanced features that allow customization of the output of results.
In addition to calculating heat fluxes, the program automatically runs two other simulations with the parameters of ISO 13788: one for checking condensation risk and one for evaluating mold formation.
With Mold PRO also you can do Glaser analysis anywhere in the facility, customize result views and report printouts.
VALIDATION
The program is validated according to UNI EN ISO 10211:2018 (Thermal bridges in buildings – Thermal fluxes and surface temperatures – detailed calculations).
