Keep your software updated
With the purchase of a new perpetual license version 6 or higher you receive 12 months of free updates. Upon expiry, you can purchase the Updates 12 months extension, thanks to which you will have access for one year to any update released for your license. The Updates 12 months extension will also guarantee access to additional confidential documentation. The cost of Updates 12 months depends on the program you have (see below).
If you decide not to purchase the update extension, you can still continue to use the out-of-date program and eventually purchase a paid upgrade to a new version.
If you purchased the perpetual license with the redemption of a subscription (in version 6 or later) the 12 months of free updates are calculated from the date of first subscription subscription.
You can check the validity date of the period of free updates at the User Panel link that was communicated to you at the time of purchase.
If you have multiple licenses or a license with multiple accesses
If you have multiple local licenses activated with a software key or USB key you can choose whether to purchase the 12-month Updates extension for each individual license or a convenient extension package valid for all your licenses.
If your license allows multiple simultaneous accesses, activated via Web License or with License Server, it is not possible to purchase the update extension for a single access: you must purchase the extension package valid for all accesses you own.
